  1. Bulk book orders shipped to business addresses will be shipped by FedEx Ground (Tracking notification provided).
  2. Bulk book orders shipped to residential addresses will be shipped by the USPS media mail (Tracking notification provided).
  3. Case book orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground regardless of the address (Tracking notification provided).
  4. No Case sales shipped to international addresses except Canada.
  5. Individual book orders will be shipped by the USPS; priority shipping available on request with (Tracking notification provided).
  6. International orders will be shipped by USPS International Priority Mail (Tracking notification provided) .
