Refunds:
Books: We guarantee your satisfaction on every book we sell with a full refund (minus return shipping) if not completely satisfied. The book must be in new condition and be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
DVDs and CDs: We guarantee your satisfaction on every Disc we sell. If a disc is defective, we will replace the disc within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.
Returns
How to Return: For an immediate refund or replacement (excluding shipping and handling), email david.stearns@charter.net or call 205-276-2977 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your sales number listed on the sales receipt.
Shipping and Delivery
Infinite Banking Concepts uses either USPS or FedEx ground for shipping, and generally ships the same day if order is received before 3PM Central Time.
